The Ruggedised Charger is a very compact module designed for extreme environmental applications where charging of batteries or driving sensitive loads is required.

A 12V or 24V battery can be charged from a DC or an AC source dependant on the unit selected.

The robust electronics have been fully encapsulated and housed in a powder coated, heavy duty cast aluminium casting.  This affords the very highest levels of dust and water protection (IP67) as well as resistance to 40 G mechanical vibration. Additionally the unit is fully protected for use in temperatures from –25˚C to +40˚C.

For charging in harsh climates the Antares ruggedised charger is the right choice.
