Legacy Product Support
From time to time Antares withdraw products due to changes in compliance and new improved replacements.
From the date that we withdraw a product we aim to offer five years of full technical support. This means that we will repair, replace or suggest an equivalent alternative which will provide form, fit and function. It must be noted that this is not always possible due to decisions made by our supply base which are out of our control. Thereafter we will attempt to provide, reduced support for a further five years where we support with technical information such as manuals, repair where parts are available or provide an equivalent alternative, where this is not possible.
In this section you will see products which are still available for purchase or used in projects but are within this legacy support period.
