Peter Hardcastle - Founder & Technical Director
Peter was one of the founding members of Antares in 1992. He has a BSc (Hons) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering. His career has progressed from Engineer, through to Design Group Manager and Systems Engineering Manager for companies such as ITT, STC and BICC. He has also worked as Technical Director for Power Equipment Ltd specialising in uninterruptible power supplies. He is well known for his sense of humour and wearing unusual shirts and sandals whatever the weather.

Graham Young - Managing Director
Graham is one of the original founders of the company, having joined in January 1993. He originally came from an engineering background from his involvement in both the military aerospace and gas turbine industries. Prior to joining Antares he held a number of marketing and general management roles in blue-chip companies such as Esselte/Letraset. |

Charlie McClelland - Sales Director Charles joined Antares in Sept 2006 to strengthen the sales force and bring over 20 years of Europe-wide technical sales experience to bear. In that time, he has been responsible for winning many high value, high quality projects for demanding customers in fiercely competitive environments. |

Clive Walker - Key Account Manager
Clive has a strong background within a technical solutions environment having worked with QinetiQ (formerly the Defence Evaluation Research Agency) as a Business Development Manager and more recently looked after profitability in the Far East for nCode International before joining Antares. |

Andy Barber - Key Account Manager
Andy joined Antares in 2009 to drive the next level of growth using more than 20 years account management and technical sales experience gained in power conversion, hybrid manufacturing and semiconductor solutions.

George McClelland - Internal Sales Engineer
George joined in 2008, starting in the workshop, moving to the office in 2009. He offers support, sales advice, and looks after the Marketing Services for the company. |

Ben Salter - Applications Engineer
Ben joined Antares in 2007 as Technical Support Engineer. He later progressed to Applications Engineer developing solutions for customer projects. He graduated from Hertfordshire University in which he studied BSc Motorsport Technology. Ben received the Student Innovator Award from the Engineer for his work on his final year project which involved designing, developing and building high performance hand controls on a BMW M3 for paraplegic race drivers. |

Stuart Grainger - Operations Manager
Stuart joined Antares in 1994 to build the Operations and Quality Assurance part of the business. He has over 30 years experience working in electronics manufacturing, quality assurance and production. This includes industrial control systems for the petrochemical industry and sub contract manufacture for the broadcast industry. |

Lydia Varley - Commercial Administration
Lydia joined Antares in 2001, after many years teaching French and English in a wide variety of locations. Her role is multifaceted, working closely in Finance, Production and Repairs, and maintaining ' entente cordiale' with our valued customers and suppliers!

Margueritte Scott - Office Administrator
Margueritte moved into her administrative role in Sales and Finance after direct experience in Production at Antares, thereby giving her a unique and valuable insight into the manufacture and design of our range of units.

Brian Moulson - Systems Engineering Manager
Brian joined Antares at the beginning of 2003. He has worked in the electronics industry for over 30 years, specialising in the design of hardware and software for a wide range of industrial systems which are installed in many prestigious buildings throughout the UK. |
