The heart of a technical vehicle is usually the power to make it operate. In outside broadcast, exhibition trailers, and horseboxes this power comes from an auxiliary diesel generator. Antares, in partnership with Fischer Panda UK, supply the benchmark engine in terms of noise, size and quality engineering. Specifying a FP engine means that you have taken out the worry of the installation and can have confidence.

Makes Learning Fun

Oxfordshire’s Mobile library is packed with Antares equipment. The system uses overnight charging of a bank of batteries to power lights, kettles and computers during the day via on-board inverters. Newer mobile libraries can benefit from our new CANBus system which controls all the electrics on board, provides interlocking safety functions (eg to door and handbrake) raise and lower air suspension to aid disabled access and can even count people on an off!
