ASM3 (Auxiliary System Manager 3) is the latest offering from Antares. This system offers all the benefits of the original Mercedes Ambulance Power pack, but is designed in a modular way and can be easily standardized across the entire fleet.

This power manager also has an "electronic virtual alternator" that provides additional optimal fast charging independently of the original alternator thus not interfering with, or invalidating, the vehicle warranty. It ensures that each and every battery gets the correct charging regime which is so important for vehicles needing to be on call 24hrs a day. It prolongs the life of the batteries and reduces vehicle down time due to battery failure.

The system is suitable for any emergency vehicle application or any fleet where reliability and longevity is a priority, and by specifying the third-party equipment that is added to the vehicle, the fleet manager is in total control of the integrity of battery management of the vehicle and the associated reduction in operational costs.
