Power assist is the name to the ability that specialist charger/inverters have. It allows the Blue Solution Quattro or Multi-plus to supplement the capacity of the incoming mains when demand exceeds supply.

As the loads near the maximum power that the mains source can supply, the inverter is on standby - ”ready to go”.

As soon as a kettle, air conditioning or similar load is switched on, the Quattro will automatically synchronise with the existing “mains” input with inverter power provided by the battery. When the load reduces, the spare “mains” power is redirected to recharge the battery.

This is particularly beneficial where high power peaks are routinely required and enables smaller generators to be used, saving space cost, payload and extended servicing intervals.
